About the Role
As the Facility Manager / Director of Nursing, you'll provide strong clinical, operational, and team leadership. You'll guide the home with compassion, integrity, and strategic direction ensuring safe, high-quality, and values-aligned care for residents.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Leading multidisciplinary teams with compassion and clarity
* Ensuring full compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and legislation
* Driving occupancy, budget performance, and care excellence
* Fostering an open, accountable, and collaborative team culture
* Strengthening relationships with families and the broader community
About You
We are looking for people-first leaders who are not only clinically capable but also emotionally intelligent, grounded, and committed to continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum 2 years' leadership experience in aged care or healthcare
* Sound understanding of compliance, accreditation, and AN-ACC
* Confidence managing budgets, occupancy, and KPIs
* A leadership style that is collaborative, respectful, and values-driven
