We are looking for a Finance Analyst to support the financial operations, reporting and commercial performance of Stockland's funds management and capital partnering activities. You will contribute to high‑quality financial reporting, commercial insights and operational support across our capital partnership structures.
This role plays an important part in strengthening the financial frameworks that underpin Stockland's partnerships and enable long‑term growth.
What You'll Do
* Support financial, statutory and management reporting activities for capital partnerships
* Assist with capital transactions, operational processes and governance frameworks
* Provide commercial insights through strong financial analysis and high‑quality reporting
* Support compliance, controls and tax‑related activities in collaboration with Group Finance and Tax
* Partner closely with Commercial Finance, Group Finance, Tax, Legal, Treasury and Technology
* Contribute to improvements in accuracy, efficiency and scalability across the funds management platform

Experience and Skills That Count
* Experience in financial reporting, management reporting or commercial finance
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly
* Understanding of statutory reporting, governance requirements and tax compliance (funds experience is advantageous)
* Ability to manage relationships with auditors, fund administrators, tax advisors or external service providers
* Knowledge of financial controls, accounting standards and process improvement methodologies
* Ability to translate complex accounting or technical matters into clear, easy‑to‑understand guidance for stakeholders
