Responsibilities
The Assistant Director Financial Planning provides strategic leadership and direction across finance and procurement functions, delivering high‐level strategic and technical advice to senior leadership, driving portfolio performance and ensuring effective resource management aligned with organisational objectives. The role fosters a culture of collaboration, performance, and continuous improvement, actively contributes to cross‐sector engagement and service innovation, and supports the Director Finance and Procurement Services in delivering strategic goals, including deputising when required. It specialises in financial planning, management accounting, budgeting and corporate governance.
