About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a diverse retail network across the Gold Coast. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will influence performance, build capability, and drive a consistent, high-quality customer experience across your region.
Partnering closely with senior leadership, you will coach and develop Store Managers, identify opportunities to improve results, and ensure operational excellence across all locations. This role offers a Monday to Friday structure with flexibility and autonomy.
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in multi-site retail leadership
* A strong people focus with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire
* Commercial acumen with confidence in driving sales and performance metrics
* Proven ability to influence and lift results across multiple locations
* Solid understanding of retail operations, rostering, and financial performance
