Job Description
* You will work on a range of challenging and exciting projects related to workplace relations, including developing and implementing strategies, negotiating enterprise agreements, conducting sensitive investigations, providing training, secondment arrangements with clients, wage compliance reviews, ensuring clients are up-to-date with industry changes, and providing specialist advice.
This involves direct engagement models as part of our client's team. You'll provide expert advice on modern awards, enterprise agreements performance management change management projects employee entitlements. A lot of our work is hands-on assisting organisations develop workforce strategies large contracts train staff conduct investigations second teams specialised expertise rectify underpayment M&A due diligence ensure clients industry updates.
