Our client is a prestigious, multi-state healthcare organisation dedicated to providing world-class medical services. They operate in a complex, multi-brand environment and are currently at a pivotal point of growth, integrating high-profile private hospitals into their national digital ecosystem.
About the Role
As the Manager of Digital Marketing, you are the strategic owner of the national digital presence. You will lead SEO, content, social media, and website governance across all service lines.
* Strategic Integration: Lead the digital migration of newly acquired hospitals, ensuring seamless website and social media transitions.
* Platform Ownership: Oversee a national website portfolio, focusing on UX, accessibility, and technical performance (Contentful CMS).
* Performance Leadership: Drive the national SEO and SEM strategy to maintain market-leading visibility.
* Governance & Risk: Ensure all digital activity meets TGA guidelines and Australian Privacy standards.
About You
We are looking for a credible, senior leader who can influence at the executive level.
* Experience: 8–10+ years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a Director or Senior Leadership role within a large, complex organization.
* Technical Prowess: Deep expertise in SEO strategy, GA4, and managing enterprise-level CMS platforms (Contentful experience is a major plus).
* Adaptability: Proven track record in managing multi-brand portfolios and large-scale digital integrations.
* Compliance Savvy: Familiarity with TGA therapeutic advertising guidelines and Privacy Act requirements.
