Job Description
We are seeking a qualified lecturer to teach in the Academy of the Arts, with a focus on Vocational Education. The successful candidate will have a passion for visual arts and the ability to engage students through high-quality teaching outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant postgraduate qualifications in a related field or an equivalent combination of tertiary qualifications, experience as a practicing artist and educator.
* Formal teaching qualifications and/or current qualification equivalent to a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122).
* Proven experience in teaching visual arts, demonstrating high-quality teaching outcomes in a tertiary education context.
* Demonstrated experience in course and unit design and development of learning resources.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
