We are currently recruiting for a Financial and Compliance Coordinator on behalf of a respected organisation in the community services sector. This is a 12-month temporary assignment with the flexibility to work remotely, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful programs that support NDIS participants, aged care consumers, and remote communities across the Northern Territory.
Your new role
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in finance, compliance, or community services who is looking for a flexible, purpose-driven opportunity. The key responsibilities include:
* Preparation of finance reports, budgets, and forecasts.
* Monitoring compliance and coordinating internal audits.
* Managing payroll data, supplier registers, and service agreements.
* Collaborating with HR, grants, and community teams.
* Supporting culturally diverse communities and ensuring quality service.
What you'll need to succeed
* Qualifications in accounting, business, or compliance (Cert IV or higher)
* Experience in finance, compliance, or community services.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
