As Ecommerce Manager for ROWIE, you will lead the strategy and day-to-day operations of our online store, working closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to deliver a seamless, high-performing customer experience. You will be responsible for driving growth across digital channels and play a key role in shaping the future of ecommerce at ROWIE. This is a newly created role and an exciting opportunity to help grow a purpose-led fashion brand.Area of responsibility include:Manage and optimise the ROWIE ecommerce platform (Shopify), ensuring the site is always aligned with brand standards and customer expectations.Lead the strategy and implementation of initiatives to drive online sales growth, including SEO, site performance, UX, and conversion optimisation.Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, promotions, and campaign rollouts across digital touchpoints.Monitor and report on key ecommerce metrics - providing insights that inform trading decisions and support business goals.Oversee the ecommerce tech stack including Shopify, Klaviyo, integrations, and third-party apps, ensuring all platforms work together efficiently.Drive ongoing improvements to the user experience through best practice, A/B testing, and data-led enhancements.Support international growth through regional merchandising strategies and potential localisation (e.g. EU, UK, and USA markets).Contribute to CRM and retention initiatives by ensuring seamless integration of loyalty tools, customer segmentation, and lifecycle journeys.Qualifications:2+ years experience in ecommerce or digital management, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or direct-to-consumer brands.A strategic thinker with hands-on experience executing end-to-end ecommerce operations.Comfortable using data and analytics to guide decisions, track performance, and implement testing.Experienced in Shopify and familiar with supporting platforms like Klaviyo, Gorgias, and loyalty integrations.Confident in SEO, CRO, and digital merchandising principles.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excited by the opportunity to shape a new role within a growing brand.Able to work independently and collaboratively within a small, creative team.Bonus: basic HTML/CSS or front-end skills.WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive salary package.Generous seasonal wardrobe gifting to experience and represent the ROWIE brand.Family and friends discount across all collections.A supportive and collaborative team culture, working alongside like-minded individuals in our Byron Bay HQ.A values-driven business with a strong focus on sustainability, creativity, and community.Ongoing support for professional development and the opportunity to grow your career in a role you can truly shape.TERMSFull Time.Located at our Byron Bay HQ.Flexible, ideally ASAP.To apply please send your CV, portfolio and cover letter outlining your experience and why you are perfect for this position to maya@rowiethelabel.com, applications close 14th May.
