We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Site Manager to join our Goulburn team.
You'll lead a high-dependency Supported Independent Living (SIL) service supporting clients with complex disabilities, high physical support needs, psychosocial disabilities and complex behaviours.

Were looking for someone with: Proven experience managing a complex and high-physical support SIL 3 years experience supporting people living with complex mental health or psychosocial disabilities A strong commitment to person-centered active support Excellent written and communication abilities An understanding of NDIS practice standards, behaviour support and continuous improvement plans Willingness to work 1-2 billable shifts each week Experience with professional development and performance management To be successful in this role: Qualifications in Social Services or a relevant field (Cert IV minimum) or significant industry experience A strong understanding of NDIS practice standards, behaviour support, restrictive practices and risk management principles Full NSW Driver's Licence, Current First Aid and CPR certification, NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check Who is Scope Scope is one of the largest not-for-profit disability service providers in Australia supporting thousands of people with complex intellectual, physical and multiple disabilities.
