The Opportunity
Western Sydney University, The College is seeking a Manager, English Language Programs to lead the strategic and operational delivery of all English Language Programs at Western Sydney University, The College. Your focus will be on academic quality, student success, compliance, and innovation to ensure programs meet the needs of 21st-century learners and align with global education trends.
As the Manager, English Language Programs, you will:
* Provide academic leadership to ensure programs meet student, industry, and university needs.
* Drive operational excellence across programs, including Study Tours and short-term offerings.
* Lead student success strategies to achieve strong retention, completion, and progression outcomes.
* Build strategic partnerships, manage B2B sales, and oversee logistics for short-term programs.
* Ensure compliance with ELICOS Standards, ESOS Framework, and other regulatory requirements.
* Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional development within your team.
* Manage budgets, financial performance, and quality assurance processes.
* Contribute to future program development and represent The College in university-wide initiatives.

About You
You have:
* A master's level TESOL qualification and proven leadership in English language and international education.
* Strong knowledge of ESOS Act and ELICOS Standards with compliance expertise.
* Experience managing budgets, commercial negotiations, and quality assurance processes.
* The ability to lead change, drive innovation, and implement student success initiatives.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural skills.
* A collaborative leadership style and proficiency with learning technologies and curriculum development.
Location
This is a full-time ongoing position, based at Parramatta City campus, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required. This position is not available in a fully remote format.
