About the Role

This is far more than a standard reception role. As the first point of contact for landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, contractors, and new enquiries, you will ensure every interaction with Perth One Real Estate is professional, warm, efficient, and memorable. You will work closely with our sales and property management teams to keep the office running smoothly while helping us deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

* Answering incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
* Managing phone enquiries and directing calls efficiently
* Delivering exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers
* Coordinating reception and front‐of‐house operations
* Assisting with sales and property management administration
* Managing keys, appointments, and general office organisation
* Responding to emails and client enquiries promptly
* Supporting marketing campaigns and social media content where required
* Assisting with property listing administration and CRM updates
* Preparing documents, brochures, and client packs
* Supporting the team with general administration and day‐to‐day operations

Qualifications

We are specifically looking for someone who communicates exceptionally well.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Outstanding verbal communication skills with clear diction and excellent spoken English
* A confident and professional phone manner
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
* A warm, friendly, and positive personality
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* Professional presentation
* Strong written communication and computer literacy
* Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
* A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
* Minimum 1‐2 years' experience in customer service or administration roles
* Current Australian work authorisation
* Current Australian driver's licence

Desirable (but not essential)

Experience using industry software and systems such as:

* PropertyMe
* KeyWhere
* CoreLogic
* VaultRE
* Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Outlook
