Key Responsibilities
* Shutdown Maintenance - Preparation, presentation and implementation
* Align planning with labour capacity, tooling, and part availability.
* Coordinate breakdown responses and adjust plans to minimise downtime.
* Lead weekly and daily maintenance planning meetings with site stakeholders.
* Monitor completion of plans using Emeco Operating System (EOS) reports.
* Close out work orders in AMT (CMMS) and ensure data accuracy.
What we're looking for
* Trade qualification (preferably in HME); planning/management degree is a bonus. Otherwise - Experience in this field of work.
* Experience with CAT, Hitachi, and Komatsu equipment in a mining environment.
* Strong planning and scheduling background using CMMS tools (We use AMT).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting systems.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
* Sound knowledge of mining operations and equipment reliability drivers.
