The Opportunity -
Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is looking for a Training Scheduler Lead who will join the P-8A Poseidon Training team. In this role you will program and coordinate all training activities for the P-8A Poseidon at RAAF Base Edinburgh.
As a Training Scheduler Lead within BDA, you will be:
* Responsible for the support of scheduling and coordination of tasks regarding Fight Crew, Mission Crew and Maintenance training.
* Supporting the successful coordination of all training continuum course delivery, including synthetic training device booking.
* Support programming of planned simulation device upgrade activities and asset allocation to meet training schedules.
* Conduct training system health and utilisation analysis, and generate reports to support performance measurement frameworks.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Resource and asset scheduling and coordination experience
* Experience working in Defence operational flying squadrons, or in a similar environment including the use of flight programming tools
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Configuration and data management experience
* Understanding of Defence Training requirements
