Bakers and Pastry Chefs (Trades and Services) – Full time
Salary: 75,000 to 80,000 per year; 77,000 pa for Cert III qualified with 3 years experience for full-time position with early starts.
Responsibilities
* Mix, knead, rest, roll, cut and shape dough, for breads and pastry products.
* Mix, rest and bake full range of breads.
* Assist with construction of pastries, cakes and slices.
* Glaze and dust bread pastries and products as needed.
* Apply fillings, icings and decorations for special order cakes.
Qualifications
* Qualified Baker with all-round baking skills.
* Cert III qualified with 3 years experience for full-time position; ability for early starts.
