Our family owned group is recruiting AN EXPERIENCED MOTEL RELIEF MANAGEMENT COUPLE.
Harvest Lodge Motel, Gunnedah is a 47 room motel.
Thanks to fabulous management, Harvest Lodge Motel is a well-oiled machine with wonderful systems & staff in place.
Start Date: 18 May 2026 for 4-6 weeks
About Harvest Lodge:-
* Very well maintained property, with new rooms build less than 15 years ago
* Caters mainly for the corporate sector. Busy all week, all year due to strong corporate contracts
* Looking for true professionals competent at Guestpoint & dealing with corporate motel guests & travel agents
* Linen outsourced, towelling washed inhouse.
* Grounds, repairs & maintenance skills required to keep the motel looking it's best at all times
* Inhouse restaurant
- Dinners: assist our cook & kitchen hand with waiting, customer service, room service trays. Dinner Monday > Thursday only
- Breakfast: ideally you can do cooked breakfast 5 days a week, this is negotiable. Can do breakfast? Thats ok, you should still apply.
You will need:-
* To be a couple applying for this role, it requires 2 people as it is a very busy role
* NSW RSA
* At least 2 years experience as a motel manager or relief
* At least 2 years experience managing complex corporate clients
* Fabulous customer service
What you will get:-
* $300 - $330 / days + Super + food + accommodation.
