About the Role
As a Factual Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting investigations in various locations across South Australia. This is a unique opportunity to work independently and have control over your working day.
The Role Involves:
* Attending different locations, mainly within Mount Gambier and occasionally across South Australia;
* Interviewing key parties, taking statements, and collecting evidence to produce detailed reports;
* Maintaining effective communication with the investigations support team and other relevant parties;
* Preparing and drafting factual reports;
About You:
* You hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current Investigators Licence;
* You possess a valid driver's licence and vehicle;
* Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations is preferred;
* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* You are self-motivated and detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines;
* If a contractor, you should set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.
