We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to support our customers - healthcare professionals who use software solutions to help patients and their communities.
The successful candidate will provide customer support and training for software solutions efficiently and professionally, maintaining knowledge of current and past software products.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintaining knowledge of current and past software products
* Liaising with the team to address Customer concerns promptly and effectively
* Providing technical/analytical skills in PC/Network Computing and Operating systems
* Troubleshooting/diagnosing issues with software and hardware interfaces, including DICOM connectivity and transfer
* Assisting staff and distributors with technical advice for existing and future sites
Requirements:
* Familiarity/proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and WebEx
* A working knowledge/understanding of all Elekta software products and proficiency in assigned product specialties
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to effectively interact with customers (via phone and face-to-face)
Essential Qualifications:
* Radiation Therapy Qualification valid in Australia and/or New Zealand
* At least three years of clinical experience in a Radiation Therapy Department as a Radiation Therapist, Dosimetrist or Medical Physicist
* Experience with at least one of the following Elekta products: MOSAIQ, CMS XiO, CMS Focal, CMS Monaco, or BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Associate's Degree or equivalent with 2 years of customer support experience in a related field may substitute for degree
