Besides the expected administrative tasks, this role also involves prioritising workloads and managing difficult public/customer relations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide Patient-Focused Support: The incumbent will undertake designated administrative tasks while working autonomously.
* Effective Communication: The role requires interacting with patients and family members, demonstrating understanding, empathy, patience and a positive service focus.
* Demographic Completion: Consult with patients/family members on arrival to obtain correct details for demographic completion and record this information accurately.
* Confidential Administration Support: Provide high-quality confidential administration support to the ED Access & Flow team.
