About The Role
Chubb Fire & Security Australia is seeking a detail‐oriented Operations Support Specialist to support our service and operational teams in Salisbury on a 6‐month fixed‐term contract. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate order processing, billing, and customer portal administration while working across multiple enterprise systems. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, high‐volume environment, values process accuracy, and enjoys collaborating with cross‐functional teams to deliver exceptional operational support.
Key Responsibilities Customer Portal Administration
* Maintain and manage third‐party customer portals.
* Upload compliance documents such as certificates and insurance documentation.
* Submit claims and invoices through customer portals when required.
Operations & Administrative Support
* Provide transactional administrative support aligned with operational processes.
* Ensure system data accuracy and adherence to defined service levels and process controls.

* Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
