Key Requirements 
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-quality restaurant 
- Extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine 
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills 
- Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation 
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
