Key Duties and Responsibilities – Carpentry & Construction
* Interpret and work from technical drawings, plans, and specifications
* Execute high-quality carpentry duties including framing, fixing, fit-out, and formwork
* Install structural timber, doors, windows, flooring, and cabinetry to exact standards
* Undertake renovations, new builds, and bespoke construction tasks as required
* Collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and site supervisors to deliver first-class outcomes
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment at all times
* Uphold all safety requirements, policies, and site regulations
Essential Experience and Skills – Qualified Carpenter
* Trade qualification in Carpentry (Cert III or equivalent)
* Minimum 2 years of proven post-apprenticeship, hands-on carpentry experience
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
* Strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and safe work practices
* Valid White Card (Construction industry induction card)
* Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport
* Own tools and vehicle
