Qualified Baker or Assistant Baker (Training Provided)
As a Qualified Baker or an Assistant Baker at Bakers Delight Ulladulla, you'll be joining a passionate team committed to providing our local community with delicious, freshly baked goods every day.
This full time role is located in Ulladulla NSW 2539 and offers the prospect to learn and grow your skills in a supportive workplace, with a NEGOTIABLE contract dependent on qualification, skill level and willingness to learn.
NOTE : This role will be an early start from 12am or 2am
Candidates must be available to work both 12am and 2am start times as required.
What you'll be doing
Assisting the Head Baker in the preparation, mixing, and baking of a variety of breads, pastries, and other bakery items
Ensuring all products meet the highest standards of quality and consistency
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations
Participating in ongoing training and development to continuously improve your baking skills
What we're looking for
Previous experience as an Assistant Baker or in a similar bakery role is preferable but, not a deal breaker.
A passion for baking and a keen eye for detail to ensure product quality
Strong time management and organisational skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
The ability to work with our amazing bakers - though secretly singers at heart ;)
Australian permanent residency is required for this position
