**The Opportunity**:
Represent **Stegbar Windows** as a leader in the global building products industry and is responsible for the overall management of the Victorian Business Units.
You will manage, influence, and lead the Victorian business units which have 4 locations, these premises are 1 large operational manufacturing plant and 4 showrooms, with just over 135 employees across the businesses. You will plan, implement, and control the business strategies and activities, to achieve the people, safety, customer, and performance targets for the group.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Operational Excellence - Manage the business units so that the operations are performed both effectively and efficiently with a constant drive for improved productivity to improve the overall return on investment
- Leadership - You will develop, implement, and execute the strategy to deliver the overall business, people, and performance targets, through the business unit leadership teams.
- People, Culture and Engagement - Build and execute engagement strategies that make Stegbar Windows a place where people want to work and contribute to our premier performing culture.
- Customer Service - Continually strengthen customer loyalty and increase sales volumes by providing a quality customer experience and superior product performance
- Sales and Marketing - Manage the sales operations by developing and implementing the business unit strategic sales plan whilst enhancing Stegbar Windows through a values-based consultative sales performance culture.
- Business Development - Continuously improve the business in line with our and group's strategic and plan, promoting and leverage
- Systems and Controls - safeguard the company's financial and physical assets in compliance with our group policies and procedures.
- Personal Development - Continue to grow and develop as a leader through our Leadership model.
