Coordinating our after sales support and maintenance, your ability to plan a week in advance and then rearrange at the drop of a hat will see you succeed in this role.
Prior experience in Joinery, Kitchen Cabinetry, or Building environments will be highly advantageous; however, what will set you apart is your “can-do” attitude.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate :
o Strong computer literacy and data entry experience;
o Outstanding Customer Service experience especially over the phone;
o An outgoing and friendly personality. Must be a “people person” who is focused on our customers and service team;
o Scheduling experience and knowledge of Newcastle / Hunter / Central Coast suburbs;
o Relevant Industry experience and understanding;
