As a Sales Representative at Insane Signs you will build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and drive sustainable financial growth.
To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Promoting the company’s products/services and overseeing new sales initiatives
- Researching and identifying new prospects and targeting them through cold calls, networking and other lead generation activities
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients and provide information and guidance to customers regarding our product offerings, pricing and delivery schedules.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support and maintain organised records of customer interactions, sales leads and sales activities
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Collaborating with the design and production teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer orders
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Ability to manage projects and multi-task
- Excellent organisational skills
- Self-motivated and able to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and goal-oriented
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
- Market knowledge is an advantage but not essential
