About the Role
All Properties Group is on the hunt for a hyped-up Multimedia & Social Media Content Creator to service two high-performing lead agents. You'll be capturing, cutting, and creating content that drives engagement, builds personal brands, and showcases stunning properties.
This role is fast-paced, fun, and creative — you'll have everything you need to succeed, including access to top-tier equipment and a state-of-the-art media setup in our cool, modern office.
What You'll Be Doing
* Film, edit, and produce high-energy short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
* Create next-level property videos and behind-the-scenes content
* Shoot lifestyle and personal brand content for two top-performing agents
* Stay ahead of social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
* Manage, schedule, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
* Collaborate with the APG Marketing & Media Team to keep our brand sharp and relevant
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience with social media content creation
* Strong video filming & editing skills (mobile + DSLR experience preferred)
* A creative thinker who loves storytelling and has an eye for trends
* Confidence to work closely with agents and direct on-screen talent
* Knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and trending formats
* High energy, positive vibes, and a "make-it-happen" attitude
