We are looking for an experienced Receptionist / Host. 
We require a well presented person who is, passionate about providing excellent customer service, represents our business and brand and can welcome our guests in a warm and friendly manner. 
It is essential that you have had experience and can log our guests accurately. 
The successful candidate will be available to work approximately 25 hours per week from Monday and Wednesday from – and Saturday from – There may be an chance from time to time to extend these hours as necessary 
About the role 
You would be required to 
Demonstrate a friendly and personalized customer experience to all of our customers. 
An engaged friendly phone manner and strong email communications. 
Provide refreshments to our guests with tea, coffee and water whilst maintaining the area. 
Manage a reception log and lead management system. 
Provide assistance in answer phone calls, directing inquiries to relevant departments, taking messages and emailing the relevant people. 
Have good general computer skills 
Be able to undertake general administrative duties and banking – experience is essential 
Assist the team when required to provide a modern luxury experience to our guests 
Undertake other duties or training as required

Be able to be work in a team environment 
Have attention to the details and be well organized 
Be able to log incoming guests in a traffic log 
Strong communication and computer skills 
Be able to solve problems and be clear minded 
Previous experience in a reception and hosting role is essential.
