Disability Support Worker
ITEC Group Australia is seeking passionate, adaptable, and resilient Disability Support Workers who are committed to empowering people with disability. We are looking for team members who are guided by participant choice, can follow care plans, and work collaboratively with participants and care coordinators to deliver meaningful NDIS‐funded supports.
To Be Successful In This Role, You'll Need
* Availability to work at least 20+ hours per week, including a mix of weekdays, weekends, short shifts, sleepovers, and active nights.
* A Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar qualification).
* A current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
* Completion of the NDIS New Worker Induction and Orientation Modules.
* A valid First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009).
* A valid Driver Licence and access to an insured vehicle.
* Full working rights in Australia (citizenship or permanent residency).
What You'll Be Doing
* Providing respectful personal care and support with daily living tasks.
* Assisting with domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
* Supporting access to the community and social participation.
* Administering medication (as required).
* Documenting case notes and completing incident reports as needed.
