Position Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated and empathetic Care Service Employees to join our team. As a Care Service Employee, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents and clients. This role involves assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and promoting the well-being of those in our care.
This is a part time and full-time role. The pay rate is at $ $33.28 (depending on experience) per hour plus not for profit benefits and superannuation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting residents and clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Supporting individuals with mobility and transportation needs.
* Providing companionship and emotional support to promote social engagement.
* Assisting with meal preparation and feeding as required.
* Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and clients.
* Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in the individual's condition to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or equivalent.
* Previous experience in aged care or disability support is highly desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain).
