* Drive cost efficiencies through procurement, financial forecasting and reporting.
* Coordinate contractors and consultants to achieve construction milestones.
* Oversee contract administration and maintain accurate project documentation.
Requirements
* Proven experience delivering built form projects such as apartments, hotels, student accommodation or medium-density housing.
* Strong commercial acumen with capability in procurement, financial forecasting and reporting.
* Hands-on approach with confidence managing site activities and coordinating contractors.
* Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve milestones while maintaining quality and compliance.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering or a related field.
