The Opportunity
Hitachi Construction Machinery (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our Remanufacturing Team at Muswellbrook Facility. This role involves coordinating high-quality parts for internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery while consistently meeting targets.
You will report to the Remanufacturing Manager and be accountable for:
* Safely operating the Remanufacturing parts warehouse
* Maintaining accurate parts inventories based on current and future demand in consultation with Reman Planning team.
* Liaising with corporate office, manufacturer, or supplier regarding customer inquiries, parts availability, provisioning, and product information.
* Sourcing external parts as required
* Initiating and reviewing parts invoices, stock receipts, and resolving discrepancies
* Updating and maintaining computer records using MS Dynamics
* Distributing parts safely to our branch network
To succeed, you must:
* Adhere to the HCA Safety Culture, prioritizing safety above all else
* Hold previous experience in a parts environment
* Possess a developed mechanical understanding
* Exhibit high-level computer literacy and excellent communication skills
* Have experience with Microsoft Dynamics, which would be advantageous
