The role is responsible for understanding and defining customer business requirements and managing the overall end solution delivery to each customer's specific business requirements.
This role involves a significant amount of travel, estimated at about 19 weeks per year.
Travel is to customer sites for new customer implementations and Go-Lives.
When not on the road, you will be working remotely.Duties and Responsibilities:Analyse customer requirements, define customer solutions, and prepare detailed requirements analysis and functional specifications.Lead delivery and implementation of our customer solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Demonstrate solutions developed and conduct customer training.Prepare functional documentation to be used to configure the solutions.Undertake system integration testing support and triage.User acceptance testing, management, support, coordination, and triage.Develop and manage project documentation, including project proposals, and author end-user documentation, such as user guides.Experience and Skills Required:Proven experience in business analysis (gathering and analysing requirements, designing solutions, running customer workshops, documentation, etc.)Proven experience in dealing with e-Commerce solutionsStrong ability in the definition of workflowsExperience in case management highly desirableHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft Word and ExcelTertiary education in Training or related discipline would be advantageousAbility to manage and lead multiple customer implementationsHighly experienced in workshop facilitation and presentationsOur Culture and Perks:Employee Share Purchase Plan from our parent company Constellation SoftwareFlexible leave offerings, including opportunities to purchase additional leave (up to 10 additional annual leave days)Birthday day off.EAP Support, offering mental/physical well-being counselling.How to Apply:If this sounds like the role and environment for you, we'd love to hear from you
