Based in Brisbane or Sunshine Coast, this leadership role will oversee major residential projects, partner with senior development leaders, and manage an experienced sales team.
This is more than hitting targets- it's about leading transformation, developing talent, and delivering customer excellence through smarter, more agile sales strategies.
What You'll Do Lead sales strategy and execution across multiple market leading projects, achieving revenue, settlement, and customer targets.
Drive team performance and development across 12+ direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with Stockland's CARE values.
Partner with Development Managers and Senior Leaders to align sales outcomes with project goals.
Oversee product release, inventory management, and settlement planning to optimise performance.
Champion customer experience and brand reputation through ethical and responsible selling.
Provide market insights, forecasting, and performance reporting to inform strategic decisions.
About You You're passionate about delivering results and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Experience Skills That Count Proven experience as a sales leader in a fast-paced, customer-focused industry- such as automotive, property, building, FMCG, banking, or tech- where strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and performance delivery are key.
Strong people leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing large teams.
Commercial acumen and ability to interpret data to inform decisions and strategy.
Expertise in sales planning, execution, and reporting.
Real Estate Licence preferred (or willingness to obtain).
