We are seeking a part-time Accounts Administration Assistant with Xero experience. We also have availability for a full-time Administrator to focus on customer service and department support (no specific program experience required).
**Essential Criteria**
- Recent experience in an Administration position
- Experience performing invoicing using Xero (accounts role)
- Proficient skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Focus on customer service
- Confident and effective in communication in a business environment
- High attention to detail
- Accurate typing ability
- Ability to collaborate within a team setting and work independently after training
- Driver licence (P1 or above)
**Desirable Criteria**
- Exposure to Manufacturing, Logistics or Warehousing
- Payroll experience highly regarded
**Hours of work**: The part-time accounts role is flexible on days/ hours 2-5 days per week and you can set your hours.
The full-time customer service/ admin role would be 8:30am start Monday to Friday.
