About the Centre/Service
Ride Avenue Preschool is a warm, community-based, not-for-profit service delivering high-quality, inclusive kindergarten programs for 3- and 4-year-old children. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager & Nominated Supervisor to lead our dedicated team and support our families, staff, and Committee of Management (CoM).

Description
As our Centre Manager & Nominated Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in the smooth, high-quality delivery of our early childhood programs. You will oversee all aspects of centre operations, including:
Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework, Child Safe Standards and all regulatory requirements.
Leading day-to-day operations, administration, reporting, quality improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
Overseeing financial processes, budgeting and enrolment management.
Providing strong leadership and support to educators and teachers.
Building positive, respectful relationships with families and the community.
Promoting the service and maintaining strong community partnerships.
Driving continuous improvement, including the QIP and strategic planning.
Qualifications
Approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification or Diploma Qualification with
experience managing early childhood education and care service.
Registered as an Early Childhood Teacher with VIT/WWC.
Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Emergency Asthma certifications.
Ability to meet all Nominated Supervisor requirements under National Regulations.

* Experience managing early childhood education and care service.
* Experience as a Nominated Supervisor with strong regulatory knowledge.
* Understanding of early childhood development and approved learning frameworks.
* Financial management and reporting experience.
* Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication abilities.
* Ability to build strong relationships with families, staff, CoM and community partners.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
