You'll be hands-on with our founder, building content, campaigns, and influencer strategies that genuinely shape the future of the brand.

What You'll Be Doing
Content Strategy & Creation
* Lead our content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, Meta & Stories
* Build smart, scroll-stopping, emotionally resonant content that fits the brand's wellness-first identity
* Be comfortable stepping in front of the camera to bring authenticity and energy to our storytelling
Influencer & UGC Management
* Brief and manage a network of creators to deliver ad-ready UGC and strong ROAS
* Own the UGC pipeline end-to-end — sourcing, briefing, reviewing, and reusing across paid and organic
* Lead major PR moments and creator activations that drive cultural buzz (think Coachella-style or wellness collabs)
Partnerships & Brand Collabs
* Pitch, plan, and execute creator campaigns, brand collabs, and growth-driving partnerships
* Identify aligned talent and micro-creators with wellness authority and community trust
* Track performance data and translate it into content and campaign iterations that scale
What We're Looking For
* A high-output, self-motivated creative with excellent taste and relentless execution
* Deep understanding of TikTok/Meta trends and what drives conversions (you don't guess — you know)
* Confidence in creator comms, from outreach and briefing to performance reviews
* Ability to manage multiple moving parts and still deliver A+ work
* A strong personal connection to wellness, skincare, low-tox living, or holistic health
