We are seeking a Management Consultant with intermediate level experience in business transformation, change management, communications, process improvement and delivery.

Responsibilities & Your Role
You are curious, with a growth mindset, comfortable to pivot and re‐set in response to evolving business priorities.
You'll have experience supporting and leading successful delivery of key components of business transformation and change management programmes.
To be successful in this role, you will embrace challenges, navigate ambiguity, promote innovation, and lead through a continuous improvement lens. Your competence in change management is recognised with core capabilities as an excellent communicator, problem‐solver and critical‐thinker, and the ability to identify and remove barriers, enabling teams to fulfil goals and deliver results.
As a key member of the team, you will take a lead role in supporting the implementation and adoption of large change programmes in complex environments and lead business improvement projects.
Additional Qualifications
* An appropriate tertiary qualification in change management or related fields.
* An in‐depth understanding of change management principles and a desire to progress professionally in this field.
* A passion and capability in building new client stakeholder relationships and enhancing existing relationships.
* Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build relationships both externally and internally.
* Demonstrated proven ability and understanding of management consulting, business transformation and change management frameworks and processes and a desire to progress professionally in this field.
* A \"can-do\" attitude and someone who is able to \"roll up their sleeves\" and be outcome‐focused.
* Travel to a variety of locations across Australia to work with our clients.

Security Clearance & Citizenship
Given the nature of our client industry and projects, it is preferable that you hold a current Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) security clearance at Baseline level or higher. Australian citizenship is required.
