Join us as a Customer Support Representative, where you'll become the go‐to expert in parts sales, orders, deliveries, and warehousing. Even if you currently don't have the skillset, we will train you with Specific Komatsu OEM Training. We're seeking an exceptional team member who'll be the main point of contact for customer sales enquiries, ensuring our commitment to customer satisfaction. To thrive in this role, you'll be able to excel in pressure situations, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive outlook, driving our operations seamlessly. Roster: Monday to Friday + on call for some weekends. Role Located: Port Hedland, WA.
