**The Role**
You will work alongside a team of skilled customer service professionals who handle the client journey. You will focus on enquiry related to travel matters and logistics.
**As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for**:
- Communicating with all clients departing on our Trips
- Collecting trip payments & setting up payment plans
- Meeting weekly & monthly revenue KPI targets
- Achieving daily outbound call targets
- Providing stellar customer service
- Receive and assess required documents
- Provide visa advice where required

**The Package**
- Base salary of 55k plus super (OTE of up to 80k)
- Monday to Friday only, no weekends
- Annual travel bonus
