Digital Marketing Lead (Meta Ads focused)

A well‐known, high‐end Real Estate brand in Melbourne is looking for a hands‐on Digital Marketing Lead to join its central marketing team and take ownership of key paid digital channels. This is a practical, execution‐focused role suited to someone who enjoys being on the tools, particularly across Meta Ads Manager, and is confident setting up, managing and optimising campaigns themselves rather than relying solely on agencies.
Working closely with senior marketing stakeholders and external business partners, you'll help drive digital growth across always‐on campaigns, improve lead generation performance, and ensure digital channels are delivering measurable commercial results. The role also works closely with agencies across search and broader media activity. You'll sit within a collaborative marketing team and play an important role in shaping how paid social and digital activity supports broader marketing and business goals.
Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to mentor and upskill a junior analyst in the team as well as teach the wider (more senior members) team your digital marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise always‐on Meta campaigns, including campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing and ongoing optimisation.
* Work alongside external agencies managing Google and broader paid media activity, ensuring campaigns are aligned with performance objectives.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and provide clear reporting and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns support broader brand and commercial initiatives.
* Support digital performance tracking and reporting through tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager and dashboards.
* Contribute to website performance initiatives, including improving digital lead generation and online conversion.
About You
You're a digital marketer who enjoys working directly in platforms and understands how paid media contributes to real commercial outcomes.
You'll likely bring:
* Strong hands‐on experience in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimisation and reporting
* Exposure to paid search and broader digital channels
* Experience analysing performance data and translating it into actionable insights
* A practical, analytical approach to digital marketing
* Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external agencies
