Job Opportunity: Operations Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Ballarat site in regional Victoria.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who can take ownership of plant and machinery maintenance, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime. The successful candidate will work closely with other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Carry out routine maintenance tasks on designated equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
2. Conduct thorough inspections to detect potential issues and develop strategies for preventative maintenance.
The role involves working 12-hour day shifts between Mondays and Fridays with a fixed weekly schedule, working 3 or 4 shifts per week. A company vehicle will be provided for travel between sites when required.
