About the Role:
Contract (4+ months) · 3 to 5 days/week. We're looking for a mid-snr broadcast designer who's fast, sharp, and creative Someone who knows how to make sports content pop on screen, bringing energy, clarity, and polish to everything they touch. You'll join a large in-house motion team that delivers high-quality work at speed, producing campaigns, promos, and content seen by millions. It's collaborative, fast, and always pushing for better
What you'll be doing:
* Designing sharp, high-impact broadcast graphics for TV and live shows
* Creating graphics packages, lower thirds, match-day visuals and supers
* Collaborating with producers, editors and art directors to bring ideas to life
* Developing on-brand templates and assets for use across multiple channels
* Balancing quality and speed in a high-output, real-time environment
* Contributing to team culture with a proactive, solutions-first mindset
What we're looking for:
* 3–5 years' experience in broadcast or motion design (studio, network, or inhouse)
* Expert in After Effects and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator)
* Solid understanding of broadcast design principles, layout and typography
* Confident taking direction and owning your own creative space
* Strong folio with examples of on-air graphics, promos, or sports branding
* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple jobs, and adapt quickly
* C4D knowledge is a plus
