* Level 8 - $113,948 to $128,980 p.a. (plus 17% superannuation)

The BioSolutions Program Manager leads a range of agricultural innovation projects aimed at making farming more sustainable. This includes managing everything from early-stage research to testing and demonstrating new technologies. The role involves working closely with researchers, startups, industry partners, and university teams to bring ideas to life and ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Day-to-day, the Program Manager oversees budgets, partnerships, and compliance, while building strong relationships across the university and externally. They need to be a confident communicator, a skilled organiser, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on real-world impact.

About you

You're a driven and collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced, innovation-focused environments. You bring a unique mix of technical insight, commercial thinking, and people skills to every challenge.

* You have strong experience in program or project management, ideally in ag-tech, research, or innovation.
* You're confident engaging with diverse stakeholders, from startups to researchers, and building lasting partnerships.
* You combine commercial acumen with a pragmatic mindset, and you're comfortable managing budgets, compliance, and governance.
* You're a clear communicator with the ability to lead teams, unite people around a shared vision, and deliver real-world impact.
