Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our Northern Australia team.

This rewarding role will see you involved in coordinating design activities, collaborating with project and design managers, and assisting with project delivery tasks.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating design activities as per guidelines, ensuring alignment with project objectives, client requirements, and industry standards.
* Supporting and collaborating effectively with project and design managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful client experience in project delivery.
* Assisting with project delivery tasks to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget, program, and client expectations.
* Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including design briefs.
* Tracking project progress, monitoring design milestones, and proactively identifying and addressing any potential issues or risks.
* Supporting the integration of sustainability and safety considerations into project design processes.
* Taking on the role of Project Manager in small projects.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant experience in Project Management and Contract Administration (PM/CA), Engineering, or Business to deliver successful outcomes. You will also require a solid understanding of project governance structures, construction methodologies, and risk management.

* Understanding of project governance structures, construction methodologies, and risk management.
* Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
* Attention to detail and a critical eye for design quality, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* A team player with a willingness to learn and support the team as needed.
* A proactive attitude, always looking for efficient methods and solutions.
* Flexibility and openness to taking on various tasks and responsibilities as required.
