Your Role
In our short history, we have experienced rapid growth and are looking for a Sydney based installer to join our team for a few days a week.
This is a flexible, autonomous and varied role servicing the Sydney area.
This isn't your 'average' curtain and blind installer role – we have a specialist, premium product, an industry leading sales, operations and customer service team (over 90% customer satisfaction scores) that will manage customers and your schedule, and we offer security with hour guarantees. A generous incentive program will also be considered for the right applicant.
In this role, you will be responsible for the measurement and installation of our acoustic curtains and blinds. As the face of our business to customers, customer service and communication are also very important in this role.
To support you we will provide training on our products and basic training on acoustics.
The role will work closely with our operations team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
For this role we require:
* Experience measuring and installing curtains and blinds.
* Driver's license
* Access to your own vehicle and equipment
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Problem solving
* Ability to prioritise
* Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* In good health and physically fit for lifting related roles
Other:
* Social – you will be dealing with a lot of different people – over the phone and in person. We want someone who is professional, but who also enjoys talking to people.
* Organised – you will look after a large number of customers. We will give you the training and processes to be successful, however you will need to be organised.
* Independent – we are a small team and will support you – however we cannot and do not want to micromanage. You will own your work.
