The OpportunityROUSSOS Recruitment has partnered with a well regarded South Australian civil contractor specialising in the delivery of water and infrastructure projects. With a strong presence across pipelines, pump stations and complex civil works, this business is known for its practical delivery approach and strong project outcomes.
They are now seeking a hands on Site Supervisor to support the delivery of a key infrastructure project. This role will suit someone who enjoys being on site, solving problems, and providing consistent leadership to subcontractors and site teams.
This position is immediately available and offers the opportunity to step into a stable project environment where experience and reliability are highly valued.
The RoleReporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day supervision of site activities and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising daily site operations and coordinating subcontractors
- Managing site safety, quality and environmental compliance
- Tracking progress and supporting program delivery
- Coordinating materials, plant and resources
- Working closely with the Project Manager and broader delivery team to resolve site issues and maintain momentum
The Ideal Candidate
You will be a practical and solutions focused Site Supervisor with experience across civil infrastructure works. A background in civil construction or plumbing will be highly regarded given the technical nature of the project.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Proven experience supervising civil or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of site safety and compliance requirements
- The ability to lead teams and maintain consistency on site
- A hands on approach with strong communication skills
- Experience working closely with Project Managers and delivery teams
