 
        
        Emerald Carrying Company is seeking an enthusiastic & experienced Operations Administrator to work Monday through Friday with our supportive and close-knit Emerald Depot. This position would suit an applicant who has a strong administration background and can transfer their skills to this role that has a mix of the following accounts and administrative tasks -
Emer
 * Providing administration and clerical support to the depot team
 * Assisting with driver paperwork, timesheets, and compliance documentation
 * Processing invoices, purchase orders, and supplier payments
 * Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
 * Filing, document control, and maintaining accurate record
Skills & Experience -
 * Previous experience in an accounts/admin role would be preferred
 * Strong Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
 * Excellent communication and time management abilities
 * The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
 * A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality
