Role Description
This is a full‐time hybrid role for a Lawyer based in Melbourne, VIC, with some flexibility for working from home. The role involves handling a diverse range of legal matters, such as drafting and reviewing contracts, managing litigation, advising on corporate governance, and assisting in commercial transactions. The Lawyer will also collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs, provide informed solutions, and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and professional excellence.
Qualifications
* Experience in commercial law, commercial litigation or corporate law - minimum 3 years experience
* Strong skills in legal research, drafting legal documents, and analyzing complex legal matters
* Proficient in negotiation, dispute resolution, and litigation support
* Ability to provide clear, practical, and insightful legal advice tailored to individual client needs
* Excellent communication, client relationship management, and teamwork skills
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a hybrid work environment
* Admitted to practice law in Victoria with a current practicing certificate
