Amentum offers an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Engineering & Construction Integration Specialist to join our team in Alice Springs, NT - Australia.

THE ROLEPURPOSE AND SCOPEThe Engineering & Construction Integrator coordinates resourcing, scheduling, administration, and supervision of tasks, processes, and procedures supporting the operation, maintenance, and management of facility assets, infrastructure, and systems.
This role is vital within a diverse and complex environment, managing critical infrastructure configuration, project management, and construction, serving as a key integrator within the Engineering, Projects, Integration & Construction (EPIC) team.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate scheduling, resourcing, administration, and supervision of EPIC team members and processes.Plan and track the integration and transition of tasks across the EPIC functional area.Serve as Configuration Management Coordinator (CMC) on the Configuration Management Board (CMB).Administer reporting of EPIC data and metrics.Manage processes related to EPIC-led working and advisory groups.Support EPIC leadership and management with administrative tasks.Coordinate training schedules for EPIC personnel with relevant staff and providers.Maintain health and safety standards at the site and within the workplace.Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSMinimum EssentialBachelor's Degree or Certificate IV in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.DesirableMaster's degree in a related discipline.Tickets and LicensesDriver's License.EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS – Minimum EssentialAt least 5 years of progressive administrative experience in relevant industries.Knowledge of configuration management and process development.Excellent communication skills, capable of briefing at all levels including senior leadership.Teamwork and adaptability skills.Customer-focused mindset.Commitment to diversity, equity, and EH&S principles.WORK ENVIRONMENT & DEMANDSTypical office setting, occasional lifting up to 10kg, kneeling, standing, walking, sitting, and communication skills.
Must work under deadlines with mental alertness.
WORK REQUIREMENTSMinimum 18 years old.Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking.Australian or US citizenship.EHS & QUALITYAll personnel are responsible for environmental, health, and safety compliance, reporting unsafe conditions, and adhering to procedures.
